Welcome to Wednesday Cottage, close to London and Cambridge , England . We offer a clean and cosy cottage for your family or for a business trip. We are family friendly and offer free baby equipment if required. For business users we have a broadband connection for your laptop. There are 2 separate bathrooms and 3 bedrooms. There are plenty of local footpaths and 4 local pubs all serving good food. Off street parking and full kitchen facilities. We are happy to accommodate singles who are working together.

Wednesday Cottage has 3 bedrooms and is your home from home in a semi-rural conservation area just outside the centre of Ware and 3 miles from Hertford in Hertfordshire. We are situated north of London and equidistant between London and Cambridge , both of which are easily accessible. Trains into central London take around 30 minutes.
There are two bedrooms upstairs, the main bed is 5ft wide (queen sized) with wardrobe and chest. We provide all bedlinen, towels and tea towels and always use pillow and mattress protection. All our bedding is washed at 60 degrees and we do not have any feather or down bedding due to allergies. Our second bedroom leads off the first
'there is a door but it is open in the photo' and has two single (twin) beds and a chest.
We are surrounded by farmland and footpaths and within walking distance of our 4 local pubs, all of which serve excellent food. Our local golf club, Hanbury Manor is about 1 mile away.
The cottage is ideal for families and couples or if you are working away from home we supply a broadband internet connection for your laptop. You are welcome to come in to the main garden and children can use the swing set.
NB We have a deep swimming pool near to the cottage, please be aware of this before booking. Children must be supervised at all times. You are welcome to use the pool but by arrangement only.
We have plenty of off street parking . Books, toys, games, DVD's and videos for all the family. All towels, tea towels, some cleaning products and all bed linen is provided.
A weekly maid service can be provided at an extra cost. We are 30 minutes from Stansted airport, 60 minutes Heathrow, 90 Gatwick. Broadband internet access available |
