A 4 star holiday cottage sleeping 5/6 people just 1 mile from Ware and
3 miles from Hertford
The kitchen is equipped with all appliances including a dishwasher. There is a washing machine and tumble drier for your use too. There is full independent central heating and on demand high pressure hot water. The living room has leather sofas and a 32” wide screen TV with DVD, video and Digibox we also have a selection of DVD's, videos, board games and books for all the family.
There is also a Dreamcast games console with a selection of games.

There are two bedrooms upstairs, the main bed is 5ft wide (queen sized), we provide all bedlinen - currently Cath Kidston, towels and tea towels and always use pillow and mattress protection. All our bedding is washed at 60 degrees and
we do not have any feather or down bedding due to allergies.
Our second bedroom leads off the first and has two single beds. Upstairs there is a wardrobe and two chests of drawers. Wonderful views over the fields at the back of the house. An extra folding bed is available if required.
The third bedroom is downstairs and has a single bed with a pull out bed under. This is a small room and leads off the living room. There is also off street parking for several cars.
For our younger guests we have a travel cot and bedding, stairgate, high chair, step stool, bed guard and potty. Please let me know what you need.
